We mix our dog bakery ingredients fresh to order, you will smell the quality! Please do not wait last minute to place an order, we normally ship from Connecticut (USA) within 4 - 5 days after the day you order, during business days. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on Holidays.
Sorry, we do not ship overnight or provide rush services. Tracking numbers for orders will be emailed to the email address on your account.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, be sure you use a "safe" mailing address. Fedex might allow packages to be shipped to locations in your area, please contact your locations for further details.
If your package is lost or stolen please contact either USPS (post office) or Fedex directly so they can contact their local driver to track your package. Most of the packages are insured so they can file a lost or stolen claim for you on a local level. Unfortunately, we cannot help with this because they need to speak with you directly to discuss where they might have hid your package on your property. (We do not know if you have a porch, garage, blue bin, etc...) Please keep in mind, 90% of the time the drivers accidentally deliver packages to your neighbors and can get your package back for you. (Most neighbors are kind and even let you know they have your package). The sooner you contact USPS or Fedex the better, please do not wait days or weeks.
Orders weighing 100 lbs or over might take up to 5 days to mix and ship.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, as long as your country accepts our ingredients that we make our products with we will ship to you. You are responsible for additional customs/duty fees/taxes. Due to customs restrictions, we do not ship to Italy, New Zealand or Australia
